You could try searching for the Annual Review series of journals as examples of excellent literature reviews. They have these in Psychology, Sociology, Political Science for instance  – e.g. http://www.annualreviews.org/journal/soc . In management you could look at articles in the Academy of Management Review. These aren't 'how to' guides, they are examples of best practice. You may find the link useful too – good luck

HI: I'm attaching a literature review I did with Yehuda Baruch. If you go to his page, he has posted many other literature reviews he has written (his 2016 one on global careers is very good). For JOM, the editors wrote articles on how to write a review which I found very helpful. You could check those out; other journals also publish such articles usually in the editorial comments. Take Care, Sherry

Sekaran (1992) has defined literature survey as the documentation of a comprehensive review of the published and unpublished work from secondary sources of data in the areas of specific interest to the researcher. There are many ways of organising review of literature. One's review of literature in case of a study using hypothetico deductive approach may be organised as several parts which are as follows:
1.   Development of the problem statement
2.   Conceptualisation of the variable of primary interest
3.  Identification of factors affecting the problem/dependent variable
4.   Conceptualisation of the independent variables and their working definitions
5.   Operationalisation of the variables
I have attached some papers which may be useful for you. Best wishes!

Another example:
Gary Johns (2010): Presenteeism in the workplace: A review and research agenda
Further, you might want to look at literature about reviews, like e.g., Machi, L. A., & McEvoy, B. T. (2016). The literature review: Six steps to success. Corwin Press. or Onwuegbuzie, A. J., & Frels, R. (2016). Seven steps to a comprehensive literature review: A multimodal and cultural approach. Sage.
